“Let Me Prepare You”

Church family, there are seasons in life when God gently whispers to our hearts, “Let Me prepare you.” Not because He wants us to fear what lies ahead, but because He longs to walk with us into every moment that is coming. In Exodus 33:14, the Lord assures Moses, “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” Preparation, in God’s hands, is never about anxiety—it is about presence. It is about learning to rest in the One who goes before us, stands beside us, and strengthens us from within.

Jesus echoes this same invitation in John 15:4–7, calling us to abide in Him. He reminds us that apart from Him we can do nothing, but in Him we bear fruit that lasts. Preparation, then, is not a checklist—it is a relationship. It is the daily choosing to remain connected to Christ, allowing His Word, His peace, and His Spirit to shape our thoughts, our decisions, and our character.

Whatever you are facing—uncertainty, change, opportunity, or challenge—God’s message is the same: Let Me prepare you. Let Me steady your heart. Let Me guide your steps. Let Me fill you with what you cannot produce on your own. As we abide in Him, He prepares us not only for what is coming, but for who we are becoming.

May you find comfort in His presence and strength in His promises this week.
