Who are Seventh-day Adventists?

Seventh-day Adventists seek to enhance quality of life for all people in our communities, adhering to the ideals described by the Bible. We seek to share both our faith in God and the church's commitment to the betterment of all human beings. We are a mainstream Protestant church with approximately 21 million members worldwide.

Around the world, a new Adventist Church opens every four hours, and 158 people become Adventists every hour!

We manage over 8500 schools, 100 universities, 130 hospitals, 500 health institutions, 1000 radio stations, 60 publishing houses, 20 health food factories, as well as a global media network, a global humanitarian agency, and a global outdoor-rec club with over 2 million members!

Park Ridge Seventh-day Adventist Church is a local congregation of the worldwide Seventh-day Adventist Church located in Logan City, Queensland. The church is located in a semi rural setting amongst the trees and beautiful landscaped gardens at 131-147 Stoney Camp Road, Greenbank.

Our doors are always open to the community and to anyone who wishes to worship with us.

Please feel free to contact us if you would like more information on our Park Ridge SDA Church.

Who are Adventists?

Thank you for taking a few minutes to learn more about Seventh-day Adventists.

God loves the world and He wants us to do the same. Seventh-day Adventists are committed to sharing God’s life-transforming love by word and action. We want to help people get to know God, grow spiritually and we strive to serve others in practical and effective ways.

Seventh-day Adventists are renowned for our health message, we believe in taking care of our world, and we demonstrate that life is more than just surviving – there is so much more. At the centre of every aspect of our faith is our love for Christ and love for one another. Serving others is the highest form of that love. That is why we are so active in health, education, development and in spreading the good news of God’s forgiveness and promise of salvation.
