Church family,
There are moments in life when “victory” feels like a distant word—something meant for stronger people, braver people, more spiritual people. But God leans close to remind us that victory is not achieved by the strong—it is achieved by the surrendered.
Psalm 34 tells us, “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears… The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart.” Victory doesn’t begin when the battle ends. It begins the moment you cry out to God. It begins when you realise you don’t have to fight alone. It begins when you discover that the God who hears you is also the God who heals you.
And then Paul gives us the secret to victorious living in five simple words:
“For we walk by faith…”
Not by sight.
Not by feelings.
Not by circumstances.
Not by what the enemy whispers.
But by faith—faith in a God who is near, who listens, who lifts, who restores.
Here’s the truth you need to carry this week:
Victory is not something you chase. It’s something you step into when you choose to trust God.
You may feel pressed, but you are not abandoned.
You may feel broken, but you are not defeated.
You may feel unsure, but you are not without hope.
When you walk by faith, you walk in the footsteps of the Victorious One. And when He leads, victory is not just possible—it is promised.
So lift your head. Strengthen your heart. Take the next step in faith.
You can achieve the victorious, because God walks with you.
